Gaydays Orlando 2004

Gaydays started out 14 years ago as a day out in Walt Disney Worlds - Magic Kingdom. The single day event has grown over the years to become one of the largest annual gatherings of the gay community in the world. Over 140,000 people from around the World are expected in Orlando for this year’s Gay Day Weekend. What was once a single day event has now become a long weekend of circuit parties, concerts and other gatherings throughout the city of Orlando in Florida USA; now known as America’s largest circuit party weekend.

This year’s event takes place between Thursday 3rd June - Sunday 6th June 2004.

During the day you can either visit one of the nominated theme parks or go to the spectacular Reunion pool parties “the largest annual outdoor pool party event in America”. The pool parties this year have moved to the Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa in Walt Disney World (Gaydays Central). Then each night Mark Baker’s circuit parties and after-hours keep you dancing till sunrise. Don’t expect to sleep for the entire weekend, there just isn’t enough time!

Ø       Thursday night is the legendary Gay Night at Mannequins Nightclub in Disney’s Pleasure Island.

Ø       Friday night you have too choose between either Beach Ball @ Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon or Collosseum Party @ Universal Studio’s Hard Rock Live.

Ø       Saturday night takes over Disney’s MGM studios theme park, this year it’s called Hollywood: The Party

Ø       Sunday night is the biggest of the weekend: Stars Party. This year it moves to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive.

Ø       After-hours parties called Magic Journeys (the biggest late night parties in the world) are also held on Fri, Sat and Sun at Arabian Nights.
