European Gay Ski Week 2007

The location for the 2007 event was Val Thorens in Les Trois Vallées, France. With exclusive use of the Club Med resort, the world's largest ski domain, the best snow in Europe at the best time of year, and limited to only 350 guests – combined with Alternative Holidays legendary friendliness and convivial atmosphere – made this the most exclusive and prestigious gay ski and snow event of 2007.

There were several European gay ski events this year. The Alternative Holidays Ski and Snowboard Event is the original and largest of them. It’s been running for many years now, using Club Med hotel’s at a different ski resort around Europe each year. It’s an all inclusive event, which means everyone stays in the same hotel: eating, drinking and sleeping together; unlike some other events where you select your own accommodation and pay separate for the parties and events. The organiser’s fine tune every hour of the day and night, providing great ski/board tuition or mountain tours, après ski and evening entertainment. The biggest night of the week was the white party fancy dress ball. Everyone dressed up, or in some cases down, in a wild or whacky outfit. Another really funny night was the Kandi Kane Show.
