Iron Men - Gallery 4 of 5

An Iron Man competition is about as Australian as you can get. If you're visiting the country and want a day out to remember, then get along to one of the competitions. The best way to find out when the next one is taking place is to ask at one of the life saving centres, which are located on most of the beach fronts. If you can't get along to one of the competitions then you could always just go and watch them train in the evening. Ultimately you could even pretend to drown and have them come and rescue you! (although this isn't advised).
