Like a Phoenix rising from the
ashes of Turnmills, Trade returned for a spectacular 18th Birthday
Party evolving Bigger & Better than ever! Evolution is a process in which
something passes by degrees to a different stage, so for the Birthday TRADE
moved forward into a bright new future. Evolution takes the strongest elements
forward, then improves & develops as it grows, and that’s exactly
what TRADE is doing in the next stage of its own evolution.
Yes its hard to believe Trade’s now been pumping its unique
underground, hi-energy house for 18 years. This year was a new venue: The Arches, 51/53 Southwark Street, near London Bridge.
It’s usually home to XXL and consists of 5 railway arches. It was a fantastic party, very well
done, stunning club
visuals, amazing light shows, exotic performers & dancers plus truly
diverse party people with DJ’s taking you on a musical journey of modern
cutting edge progressive dance music that TRADE has always pioneered.
The Arches in London
Bridge was chosen as a
perfect venue for TRADE, keeping the feeling of underground clubbing but with
state of the art Lighting/Lasers & Turbo-Sound Systems. Featuring 3 Dance
Arenas, 3 Bars, 2 Chill-Out Lounges and the added bonus of two huge outside
smoking gardens. The venue has just undergone a massive refurbishment &
building program, which was all completed for the Trade Birthday Party.
We all loved it and hope there will be
